Underneath [the stress] is a general discomfort with life- "I'm not fully living how I want to be living; I’m not risking enough; I’m not as creative as I want to be," breathwork is the most essential part of personal transformation; yet, the last tool used at times.

Group Breathwork: collective energy to feed off other people.

Private Breathwork: clients who prefer a one-on-one session, may be able to move things differently in the body. 

Teaching clients how to breathe using the diaphragm and abdominal muscles. (Most people take short, shallow breaths into their chests, which causes neck and shoulder tension). This is the biggest objective in each session.

Meditation (guided & intuitive) is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. It is the means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the center of consciousness within. Meditation is not a part of any religion; it is a science, which means that the process of meditation follows a particular order, has definite principles, and produces results that can be verified.
